OVERVIEW — HOW OUR PRODUCTS WORK

PickleGod.dk sells personalized psychological development programs designed around your pickleball archetype (your "Dinksciple" profile). Each program is unique to your archetype.

The program consists of two components of equal importance:
- Audio sessions: subconscious reprogramming content specific to your archetype
- The Codex: a co-created tactical ebook built with and for your archetype community

Upon purchase, two things happen immediately:
1. You receive your archetype profile PDF (the result of your personality quiz, provided as an immediate welcome resource)
2. You are registered in the PickleGod program and your Founder access begins — this constitutes the start of digital content delivery

The complete program is then delivered progressively:

- Archetype profile PDF (quiz result): instantly upon order confirmation
- Command Uniform (apparel, made to order): approximately 2 weeks, free worldwide shipping
- Audio sessions (subconscious reprogramming): approximately 2–4 weeks
- The Codex (co-created ebook): approximately 6–8 weeks, delivered chapter by chapter

The first 100 buyers per archetype hold Founder status and participate in weekly content votes that directly shape The Codex as it is written. This co-creation participation begins immediately upon purchase and is a core part of the program experience.

1. PROGRAM ACCESS — IMMEDIATE DELIVERY (ARCHETYPE PROFILE + FOUNDER STATUS)

1.1 What Is Delivered Immediately

Upon order confirmation, two things are delivered instantly:
- Your archetype profile PDF (the result of your personality quiz), provided as a welcome resource specific to your Dinksciple type
- Your Founder status registration, granting you access to the weekly co-creation votes for The Codex

Together, these constitute the beginning of your program delivery.

1.2 Non-Refundable Once Program Access Begins

Your program access is non-refundable once initiated, based on the following:

The archetype profile PDF and Founder program access are provided immediately upon order confirmation. By confirming your order and checking the consent box at checkout, you expressly consented to the immediate start of digital content delivery and acknowledged the loss of your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

Additionally, your Founder participation in the co-creation process (weekly votes shaping The Codex) begins immediately. This constitutes engagement with a personalized, co-created program — a further basis for non-refundability under Article L221-28.

1.3 Exception — Technical Failure at Delivery

If your archetype profile PDF is not received or your Founder access is not activated within 24 hours of your order confirmation, contact us at dinksciple@picklegod.dk with your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly or issue a full refund if we are unable to deliver.

2. DIGITAL CONTENT — AUDIO SESSIONS (PRE-ORDER, 2–4 WEEKS)

2.1 Pre-Order Delivery Timeline

Audio sessions are delivered approximately 2–4 weeks after order confirmation. This is an estimated timeline, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delays may occur due to production, technical, or force majeure reasons.

2.2 Refund Eligibility

Audio sessions become non-refundable upon delivery, subject to the same conditions as the archetype PDF (immediate delivery consent + personalized content).

Before delivery: if audio sessions have not been delivered within 8 weeks of your order and no communication has been provided, you may request a full refund for the audio component.

If delivered but technically defective or unusable: you are entitled to re-delivery or refund of that component.

3. DIGITAL CONTENT — THE CODEX (CO-CREATED, 6–8 WEEKS)

3.1 Nature of This Product

The Codex is a co-created tactical ebook of equal importance to the audio sessions. The first 100 buyers per archetype hold Founder status and participate in weekly votes that directly influence the content, structure, and direction of each chapter as it is written.

Your Founder participation begins immediately upon purchase. This constitutes engagement with a personalized, co-created digital product within the meaning of Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

3.2 Delivery Method

Chapters are delivered progressively as completed, over approximately 6–8 weeks. Each chapter delivery constitutes a partial delivery of the digital product.

3.3 Refund Eligibility

Before your first vote and before any chapter is received: you may request a full refund for The Codex component within 14 days of your order, provided you have not yet participated in any vote.

After your first vote or first chapter received: The Codex is non-refundable as you have engaged with the co-creation process.

If chapters are not delivered within 12 weeks of your order with no communication: you are entitled to a partial refund for undelivered chapters only.

3.4 If You Are Not a Founder (Beyond First 100 per Archetype)

If your archetype has already reached 100 Founders, you will receive The Codex as a completed product once finalized, without co-creation participation. Delivery timeline may vary. Same refund conditions apply — non-refundable once first chapter is received.

4. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS — COMMAND UNIFORM (APPAREL, MADE TO ORDER)

4.1 General Rule

All apparel items are manufactured on demand after order placement. As made-to-order products, they are not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind.

4.2 Estimated Delivery

Estimated total delivery by region (production + shipping):
- United States: 5–8 business days
- Canada: 10–14 business days
- France / EU: 8–28 calendar days
- Rest of World: 10–35 calendar days

Free worldwide shipping on all orders. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

4.3 Eligible for Refund or Replacement

You are entitled to a full refund or free replacement if your apparel item:
- Arrives damaged or defective
- Has a manufacturing defect (wrong print, structural fault)
- Is significantly different from the product description
- Is the wrong item (wrong size or design sent in error)

To claim: contact dinksciple@picklegod.dk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the defect.

4.4 Not Eligible for Refund

- Change of mind after production has started
- Incorrect size ordered (please check the size guide carefully before ordering)
- Minor color variations due to screen calibration differences
- Normal wear and tear after use

5. BUNDLES (FULL PROGRAM — PDF + AUDIO + EBOOK + APPAREL)

5.1 How Bundles Are Treated

The full PickleGod program bundle consists of personalized digital content (archetype PDF, audio, ebook) as the principal element, with apparel as an ancillary component. Each component follows its own refund rules as described in Sections 1–4.

5.2 Partial Refunds

Where one component of your bundle is defective, delayed beyond reasonable limits, or not delivered, you may claim a partial refund or replacement for that component only, without affecting the rest of your order.

6. EU CUSTOMERS — LEGAL RIGHTS

6.1 Legal Guarantee of Conformity

EU customers benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of each delivery, in accordance with Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and EU Directive 2019/771.

For progressive deliveries (ebook chapters), the guarantee runs from the date of each individual chapter delivery.

Under this guarantee, if a product is defective or non-conforming, you may choose between:
1. Repair or re-delivery
2. Replacement
3. Price reduction (if repair/replacement is impossible)
4. Full refund

This guarantee applies independently of this commercial refund policy.

6.2 Right of Withdrawal

For the digital program, the right of withdrawal is waived upon order confirmation, provided you gave express consent at checkout. The consent covers:
- Immediate access to the PickleGod program (archetype profile + Founder status)
- The beginning of the co-creation process

The checkout consent reads: "I consent to immediate access to the PickleGod program, beginning with my archetype profile and including participation in the co-creation process. I acknowledge that this constitutes the beginning of digital content delivery and I waive my right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code."

For the apparel component specifically: EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt, provided the item is unused and in original condition. Since apparel is made to order, this right may be limited if production has already commenced. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

6.3 Hidden Defects

EU customers may invoke the guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641–1649 of the French Civil Code within 2 years of discovery of the defect.

7. US AND CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

7.1 Applicable Rules

EU consumer protection rights (including the 14-day right of withdrawal and 2-year legal guarantee of conformity) do not apply to customers residing in the United States or Canada. Your rights are governed exclusively by this Refund Policy.

7.2 What You Are Entitled To

You are entitled to a refund or replacement if:
- Digital files are not delivered within the stated timeframes, are corrupted, or are technically unusable
- Apparel arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong item

Contact dinksciple@picklegod.dk within 14 days of your order (digital) or delivery (physical) with your order number and relevant details.

7.3 What Is Not Covered

- Change of mind on digital products once the archetype PDF has been delivered
- Change of mind on made-to-order apparel once production has started
- Delays within the stated pre-order windows (2–4 weeks audio, 6–8 weeks ebook)
- Customs duties or import taxes paid upon delivery
- Shipping costs unless the error is ours

8. ALL OTHER CUSTOMERS (REST OF WORLD)

Your rights are governed by this Refund Policy. We apply the same good-faith standards as for US and Canadian customers:
- Defective or undelivered products: refund or replacement
- Change of mind on digital content once the archetype PDF has been delivered: not covered
- Change of mind on made-to-order apparel once in production: not covered

9. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Step 1 — Contact us:

- The specific component concerned (PDF / audio / ebook / apparel)
- Description of the issue
- Photo if relevant (for physical defects)

Step 2 — We respond within 5 business days.

Step 3 — If approved, refund is processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

10. REFUND METHOD AND TIMELINE

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Processing time: up to 14 days after approval
- Bank processing time may add 3–5 additional business days
- Partial refunds are issued for the specific component concerned only
- We do not issue refunds in cash, store credit, or alternative payment methods unless agreed in writing

11. SHIPPING COSTS

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is ours
- Return shipping for defective apparel: borne by PickleGod.dk for EU customers only
- For US, Canadian, and international customers: return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error is ours

12. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Most issues are resolved quickly and directly.

If a chargeback is filed without prior contact, we reserve the right to provide to the relevant payment processor:
- Transaction records
- Delivery confirmations for each component
- Checkout consent records (digital delivery acknowledgment)
- Co-creation participation records (votes cast, chapters received)
