2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this Website or placing an order, you ("Customer" or "you") accept these Terms in full, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this Website or place orders.
2.2 Language
The contractual language is English. These Terms are available in English only.
2.3 Nature of Content
All references to "blessings," "gods," "Holy Paddle," and similar spiritual or humorous elements on this Website are for entertainment purposes only and constitute marketing language. PickleGod.dk makes no claims regarding actual performance enhancement in pickleball or any sport.
3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
3.1 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately describe our products. However:
- Colors may vary slightly from images due to screen calibration differences
- Print variations may occur in made-to-order products
- Product descriptions are subject to change without notice
We reserve the right to modify product specifications, discontinue any product at any time, or limit quantities available to any person or geographic region.
3.2 Program Access β What Happens at Order Confirmation
Upon order confirmation, two things are delivered instantly:
- Your archetype profile PDF (the result of your personality quiz), provided as an immediate welcome resource specific to your Dinksciple type
- Your Founder status registration, granting access to the weekly co-creation votes for The Codex (reserved for the first 100 buyers per archetype)
Together, these constitute the beginning of your program delivery. This is the moment from which digital content delivery is deemed to have commenced for the purposes of Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
3.3 Progressive Delivery Timeline
The complete PickleGod program is delivered progressively according to the following estimated schedule:
- Archetype profile PDF + Founder access: instantly upon order confirmation
- Command Uniform (apparel, made to order): approximately 2 weeks β free worldwide shipping
- Audio sessions (subconscious reprogramming): approximately 2β4 weeks
- The Codex (co-created ebook, chapters delivered progressively): approximately 6β8 weeks
All delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed dates. Delays may occur due to production, co-creation scheduling, carrier delays, or force majeure events. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
3.4 The Codex β Co-Created Product
The Codex is a tactical ebook co-created with and for each archetype community. The first 100 buyers per archetype (Founders) participate in weekly content votes that directly shape each chapter as it is written. Chapters are delivered progressively as completed over approximately 6β8 weeks.
If your archetype has already reached 100 Founders at the time of your purchase, you will receive The Codex as a completed product once finalized, without co-creation participation. Delivery timeline in this case may vary.
The Codex constitutes a co-created, personalized digital product. It is non-refundable once co-creation participation begins (first vote cast) or once the first chapter is received.
3.5 Made-to-Order Physical Products
The Command Uniform (apparel) is manufactured on demand after order placement:
- Production begins only after payment confirmation
- Customization or cancellation after production has started may not be possible
- Delivery time includes both production (~1 week) and shipping (~1 week worldwide)
3.6 Mixed Products (Digital Program + Physical Item)
Certain products offered on this Website are designed and marketed primarily as digital personal development programs, consisting of audio sessions, structured cognitive exercises, and The Codex (co-created ebook). These digital programs constitute the primary purpose of the contract and the primary motivation for purchase.
Where such programs include a physical item (the Command Uniform), this physical component is provided as a symbolic or supportive element intended to reinforce the digital experience. It does not constitute the primary purpose of the contract.
Such products are therefore governed by the rules applicable to digital content supply contracts. By placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges that:
- Program access begins immediately upon order confirmation
- They expressly consent to such immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal for the digital content once program access begins, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code
The physical item included as an ancillary component remains subject to the legal guarantee of conformity for manufacturing defects (Section 6) and follows its own applicable withdrawal rules, without affecting the legal qualification of the digital program as the primary subject of the contract.
3.7 Availability
Product availability is indicated on the Website but not guaranteed until order confirmation. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will: (1) notify you by email, (2) offer a suitable alternative if available, and (3) process a full refund if you decline the alternative.
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
4.1 Order Process
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until: (1) we receive and validate your payment, and (2) we send you an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or unauthorized payment, if pricing or product information was incorrect, for security or compliance reasons, or if we cannot fulfill the order.
4.2 Order Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided (shipping address, email, etc.) is accurate and complete. We cannot be held liable for delivery failures or errors resulting from incorrect information you provide.
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept payments through secure third-party providers: Shopify Payments (Stripe), PayPal, and credit/debit cards via authorized processors. Payment card details are never stored by PickleGod.dk. All payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant third parties.
4.4 Prices
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated.
PickleGod.dk operates under the French VAT exemption regime (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code β franchise en base de TVA). No VAT is charged on our products. Prices displayed are all-inclusive and VAT-exempt.
Prices do not include:
- Shipping costs (calculated at checkout)
- Customs duties, import taxes, or fees for international orders (customer's responsibility)
Prices may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order placement.
4.5 Payment Security
Your payment information is processed securely through encrypted connections (TLS/SSL). We may request additional verification for security purposes. Failure to provide requested information may result in order cancellation.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
5.1 Shipping Locations
We ship worldwide. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and product weight.
5.2 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times by product component:
- Archetype profile PDF + Founder access: instant upon order confirmation
- Audio sessions: approximately 2β4 weeks from order confirmation (pre-order)
- The Codex (ebook): approximately 6β8 weeks from order confirmation, delivered chapter by chapter

All delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production complications, co-creation scheduling, carrier delays, customs processing, force majeure events, or holidays and peak periods. We are not liable for delivery delays beyond our reasonable control.
5.3 Domain and Applicable Law
PickleGod.dk is operated from France. The Website uses a .dk domain for branding purposes only. The applicable law governing this contract is French law, regardless of the domain name.
5.4 International Orders β Customs and Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, you (the customer) are responsible for:
- All customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT charged by your country
- Any customs clearance fees
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Refusal or return of packages due to unpaid customs fees will not result in a refund of shipping costs.
5.5 Customers Outside the European Union (US, Canada, and other non-EU countries)
Customers residing outside the EU acknowledge that:
- EU consumer protection rights (including the 14-day withdrawal right) do not apply to their purchases
- Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy
- All prices are displayed in EUR and do not include local taxes or import duties
- These Terms are governed by French law
5.6 Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Once we transfer the product to the carrier, we are not responsible for loss, damage, or delay during transit unless caused by our fault.
5.7 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address provided, refused delivery, or unclaimed package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense, or process a refund minus original shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
6. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY (EU CUSTOMERS)
This section applies to customers residing in the European Union, including France.
6.1 Two-Year Legal Guarantee
In accordance with Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and EU consumer protection law, you benefit from a minimum 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery. This guarantee covers defects that existed at the time of delivery, render the product unfit for its normal use, or cause the product to not conform to the description or specifications advertised.
6.2 Your Rights Under the Guarantee
If a product is defective or non-conforming, you may choose between:
1. Repair β at no cost to you
2. Replacement β with an identical or equivalent item
3. Price Reduction β if repair/replacement is impossible or disproportionate
4. Full Refund β cancellation of the sale
You have 2 years from delivery to invoke this guarantee.
Burden of Proof: For new products, you are presumed to have proof that the defect existed at delivery for 24 months.
6.3 How to Exercise Your Rights
To invoke the legal guarantee of conformity:

2. Describe the defect and provide proof of purchase
3. We will respond within one month
Return shipping costs for defective products are borne by us within the EU.
6.4 Mandatory French Legal Notice (Article L217-15)
The customer benefits from a legal guarantee of conformity for goods and digital content purchased from a professional seller. Under this guarantee, the seller is responsible for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and revealed within 2 years from delivery (24 months for new goods). In case of lack of conformity, the customer may choose between repair or replacement of the goods. The customer is exempt from proving the existence of the lack of conformity during the first 24 months following delivery. The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of any commercial guarantee. The customer may also rely on the guarantee against hidden defects of the thing sold within the meaning of Article 1641 of the Civil Code, which allows the buyer to choose between return of the goods and reimbursement of the price, or retention of the goods and reimbursement of part of the price.
6.5 Legal References
This guarantee is established by:
- French Consumer Code, Articles L217-4 to L217-14
- French Civil Code, Articles 1641 to 1649 (hidden defects)
- EU Directive 2019/771 on certain aspects concerning contracts for the sale of goods
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU DISTANCE SELLING)
This section applies to EU customers purchasing online or by distance selling.
7.1 General Rule β 14-Day Withdrawal Right
In accordance with French Consumer Code Article L221-18 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, EU-resident customers generally have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
7.2 Exception for Digital Content and Mixed Products
For products that include digital content with program access beginning immediately:
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the digital program once program access has begun, provided that the customer has expressly consented to such delivery and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.
Program access begins immediately upon order confirmation with delivery of the archetype profile PDF and activation of Founder status. This constitutes the start of digital content delivery.
The checkout consent reads:
"I consent to immediate access to the PickleGod program, beginning with my archetype profile and including participation in the co-creation process. I acknowledge that this constitutes the beginning of digital content delivery and I waive my right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code."
Where a physical item (the Command Uniform) is included as an ancillary component of the digital program, the physical item remains subject to the applicable withdrawal rules depending on its nature, without affecting the legal qualification of the digital program as the primary subject of the contract.
The right of withdrawal also does not apply to:
- Sealed goods (audio, video, software) if unsealed by you
- Personalized or customized products made to your specifications
Since PickleGod.dk's core products are digital personal development programs (audio + The Codex) with optional physical accessories, the withdrawal right is waived upon program access for all digital program orders. By placing an order and confirming the checkbox at checkout, you expressly consent to immediate program access and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal for the digital content.
7.3 Withdrawal Form (Physical-Only Products)
In the rare case of a physical-only product order eligible for withdrawal, send the following to dinksciple@picklegod.dk with subject "Withdrawal":

7.4 Refund Timeline
Upon receiving your returned product in acceptable condition, we will refund the full product price and standard delivery cost within 14 days using the same payment method used for purchase.
8. REFUND POLICY
Summary by product component:
- Archetype profile PDF + Founder access: non-refundable once program access begins (instant)
- Audio sessions: non-refundable once delivered (2β4 weeks)
- The Codex: non-refundable once first vote cast or first chapter received (6β8 weeks)
- Command Uniform (apparel): refund or replacement only if defective (~2 weeks)
Defective or undelivered products: full refund or replacement under legal guarantee.
Refund method: original payment method.
Timeframe: within 14 days of accepting the claim.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
9.1 Ownership
All content on this Website, including logos, brand names, trademarks ("PickleGod," "Dinksciple," etc.), text, images, graphics, photographs, product designs and artwork, audio files and digital content, and website design, layout, and code, are the exclusive property of PickleGod.dk (Sabrina Eddam β Maison Ancraje) or our licensors and are protected by French Intellectual Property Code, international copyright treaties, and trademark laws.
9.2 Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- View and browse the Website for personal use
- Use purchased digital products for personal, non-commercial use only
9.3 Prohibited Use
Without our prior written consent, you may not:
- Reproduce, copy, duplicate, or distribute any content
- Modify, create derivative works, or reverse engineer our products
- Use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements
- Use content for commercial purposes
- Remove or alter copyright notices or proprietary markings
Unauthorized use may constitute infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in civil and criminal liability.
9.4 User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews, photos, testimonials, or other content, you grant PickleGod.dk a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content for marketing, promotional, and operational purposes.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1 Direct Damages
PickleGod.dk's liability for direct damages is limited to the total amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
10.2 Excluded Damages
We are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Personal injury (except where caused by our negligence or defective products under applicable product liability law)
- Damages resulting from your misuse of products, carrier delays or failures, force majeure events, or third-party acts or omissions
10.3 Legal Exceptions
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Defective products under EU Product Liability Directive 85/374/EEC or French product liability law
- Any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection law
Note: EU Directive 85/374/EEC will be replaced by Directive (EU) 2024/2853, effective December 9, 2026. These Terms will be updated accordingly.
10.4 Disclaimer
References to "blessings," "divine intervention," "Holy Paddle," or performance enhancement are marketing language and humor only. PickleGod.dk makes no guarantee that our products will improve your pickleball performance, that you will experience any specific results, or that products have any spiritual, supernatural, or metaphysical effects.
11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS
The Website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., social media, payment processors, partner sites). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites, any transactions you conduct with third parties, or privacy policies of external sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
12. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
12.1 GDPR Compliance
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and French Data Protection Act. Your rights include: access to your data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), data portability, and objection to processing. 13. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to:

14. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms, we suspect fraud or illegal activity, or it is required by law or regulatory authorities. Upon termination, your right to use the Website ceases immediately. Provisions relating to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law survive termination.
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. The French Consumer Code applies to consumer contracts.
15.2 Jurisdiction
For EU consumers: You may bring legal proceedings in the courts of your place of residence, or in the competent courts of Paris, France (our registered location), in accordance with Article 18 of EU Regulation 1215/2012. You cannot be deprived of consumer protection afforded by mandatory law of your country of residence.
For business customers: Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.
15.3 Mediation

16. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, pandemics or public health emergencies, strikes, failures of third-party services (carriers, payment processors, hosting), or internet or telecommunications outages.
Performance obligations are suspended during force majeure events. If force majeure continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate affected orders without liability.
17. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18. WAIVER
Failure by PickleGod.dk to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver is only effective if made in writing and signed by PickleGod.dk.
19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PickleGod.dk regarding use of the Website and purchase of products. These Terms supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings.
20. ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms or your rights/obligations without our prior written consent. PickleGod.dk may assign or transfer these Terms to any successor entity without your consent.
21. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on the Website with a revised "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will notify you by email (if you have an account or previous order) or by prominent notice on the Website. Your continued use of the Website or placement of orders after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

24. SPECIFIC PROVISIONS FOR DIGITAL CONTENT
24.1 Supply of Digital Content β Program Access Model
PickleGod.dk supplies digital content as part of a progressive program delivery model. Upon order confirmation, program access begins immediately with:
- Delivery of your archetype profile PDF (personalized to your Dinksciple type)
- Activation of your Founder status (first 100 buyers per archetype)
Subsequent digital content is delivered progressively:
- Audio sessions: approximately 2β4 weeks
- The Codex (co-created ebook): approximately 6β8 weeks, chapter by chapter
You agree that:
- Program access and digital content delivery begin immediately upon order confirmation
- You waive your right of withdrawal upon program access, as confirmed by the checkout consent
- You have the technical means to receive and use digital content (compatible device, internet connection, valid email address)
24.2 Co-Creation Participation
Founder customers (first 100 per archetype) participate in weekly content votes that shape The Codex. By participating in any vote, you acknowledge engagement with the co-created program. This participation is voluntary but constitutes further confirmation of program access for the purposes of Article L221-28.
24.3 Permitted Use of Digital Content
Digital content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or share digital content
- Use digital content for commercial purposes
- Remove DRM or copy protection if applicable
24.4 Updates and Support
Unless otherwise stated, digital content is provided as described on the product page at the time of purchase. We may update or improve content at our discretion. The Codex is delivered progressively as chapters are completed β chapter delivery schedule is estimated and not guaranteed.
IMPORTANT NOTICE β CHECKOUT CONSENT (REQUIRED)
Before completing any order containing digital content, customers are required to confirm the following checkbox:
"I expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital program (PDF and audio content) and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal for this digital content once delivery begins."
Without this confirmation, the order cannot be processed. This consent is recorded and constitutes the basis for the waiver of the right of withdrawal on digital content in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
