1. PRODUCTS AND PRICES

PickleGod.dk sells personalized psychological development programs for pickleball players (the "Dinksciple" system), comprising:

- Digital content: personalized archetype PDF, audio sessions, The Codex (co-created ebook)
- Physical item: Command Uniform (apparel, made to order)

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are all-inclusive. No VAT is charged (franchise en base β€” Article 293 B CGI). Prices are confirmed at the time of order and are not retroactively modified.


2. ORDER AND PAYMENT

Orders are placed via the Website checkout. A contract is formed between you and PickleGod.dk upon receipt of order confirmation by email.

Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card (via Shopify Payments / Stripe), PayPal. Payment is due in full at the time of order. Payment card data is never stored by PickleGod.dk.


3. DELIVERY

Upon order confirmation, program access begins immediately:
- Archetype profile PDF + Founder status: instant
- Audio sessions: ~2–4 weeks (pre-order)
- The Codex (co-created ebook): ~6–8 weeks, delivered chapter by chapter
- Command Uniform (apparel) β€” free worldwide shipping:

Β  Β· France / EU: 8–28 calendar days
Β  Β· Rest of World: 10–35 calendar days

All timelines are estimates, not guaranteed dates. No VAT or customs duties are charged by PickleGod.dk. US customers: tax-free under $800 de minimis threshold. Import duties (if any) outside US/EU are the buyer's responsibility.


4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS

Digital content: By confirming your order and checking the consent box at checkout, you expressly consent to immediate program access and waive your right of withdrawal for digital content, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

Physical item (apparel): Made to order. EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt, provided production has not yet begun.

Defective products: Full refund or replacement under the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (EU customers) or our Refund Policy (all customers).

5. LEGAL GUARANTEES (EU CUSTOMERS)

You benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq., French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Article 1641, French Civil Code) from the date of delivery of each product component.
