OVERVIEW

PickleGod.dk sells digital programs (archetype PDF, audio sessions, The Codex) and one physical product: the Command Uniform (apparel).

Digital products are delivered by email — no physical shipping applies.
This policy covers the Command Uniform only.

1. PRODUCTION AND FULFILLMENT

The Command Uniform is crafted to order and fulfilled through our production partner's dedicated facilities in North America and Europe — ensuring local production and rapid dispatch for players on both continents.

For North American orders, production takes place in our partner's US facilities (North Carolina and California), keeping your order close to home and minimizing transit time.

For European orders, production takes place in our partner's EU facilities (Latvia and Spain), avoiding customs delays within the EU.

Orders are fulfilled automatically once payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your item dispatches.

2. SHIPPING COST

Shipping is FREE worldwide on all Command Uniform orders.
No minimum order required.

3. HOW DELIVERY TIME IS CALCULATED

Total estimated delivery time = Production time + Shipping time

Production time: 2–5 business days. Your Command Uniform is crafted specifically for your archetype — worth the wait.

All timelines are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to production volume, carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather, or peak periods.

4. ORDER PROCESSING

The Command Uniform is made to order. Production begins only after payment confirmation.

Orders are transmitted to our production partner automatically. Once in production, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

You will receive:
1. An order confirmation email from PickleGod.dk
2. A shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your item ships

5. TRACKING

A tracking number is provided by email once your Command Uniform ships. Tracking availability depends on the carrier and destination country. Some international shipments may have limited tracking updates once they leave the origin country.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

United States customers: Orders fulfilled from our US production facilities are domestic shipments — no import duties apply. Additionally, under the US de minimis threshold ($800), no customs fees apply to individual orders. US customers receive their Command Uniform tax-free.

All customers: PickleGod.dk does not charge VAT (franchise en base — Article 293 B CGI). Prices shown are all-inclusive on our end.

EU customers: Orders fulfilled from our EU facilities (Latvia or Spain) are domestic EU shipments — no import duties apply within the EU.

International customers (outside US and EU): Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are not included in your order price and are the buyer's sole responsibility.

PickleGod.dk has no control over customs processing times or fees and cannot predict or be held responsible for them.

7. SHIPPING ADDRESS

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. PickleGod.dk cannot be held liable for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or refused delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs are the customer's responsibility.

8. LOST, DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS

If your Command Uniform arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us at dinksciple@picklegod.dk within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damage or defect

We will arrange a free replacement or issue a refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact us at dinksciple@picklegod.dk. We will investigate and follow up within 5 business days.

9. COUNTRIES WE SHIP TO

We ship to over 160 countries worldwide via our production partner's carrier network.

We currently do not ship to countries subject to international shipping restrictions or carrier limitations. This list may change based on world events or carrier updates. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us at dinksciple@picklegod.dk.

10. DIGITAL PRODUCTS — DELIVERY

As a reminder, all digital content (archetype profile PDF, audio sessions, The Codex) is delivered electronically to your email address. No shipping applies.

- Archetype profile PDF: instant upon order confirmation
- Audio sessions: approximately 2–4 weeks
- The Codex (ebook, co-created): approximately 6–8 weeks, chapter by chapter
